Mechatronics, which is also called mechatronic engineering, is a multidisciplinary branch of engineering that focuses on the engineering of both electrical and mechanical systems, and also includes a combination of robotics, electronics, computer, telecommunications, systems, control, and product engineering.

Java AP Computer Science A
The AP Computer Science A course covers topics found in a college-level first course in Computer Science, and provides a solid preparation for the AP Computer Science A examination. The course emphasizes procedural abstraction, data abstraction, object-oriented design and programming methodology using the Java programming language, and the use of algorithms and data structures.

Highly qualified instructors guide students through Live Online lectures or In-Person Live Classes, readings, forum discussions, design and programming exercises, project assignments, and other resources. Student knowledge is assessed through homework assignments, projects, and exams.
This course is a great introduction to both fundamental programming concepts and the Python programming language. By the end, you'll be familiar with Python syntax and you'll be able to put into practice what you'll have learned in a final project you'll develop locally.

NatCar is a design contest created by UC Davis and National Semiconductor and run in conjunction with UC Berkeley. The competition hosted over 25 teams from many universities across the west coast. Past teams that have competed came from schools including UCSD, UCLA, UCB, UCD, UCSB, CSU Fullerton and CSU Long Beach.
